For physical sales of art. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 48 hours (Plus 5 business days for S/H) from the date received. Please contact us for a Return Authorization and ship the item back in its original box. Returns will be inspected immediately on receipt, and you will be reimbursed in the same form as your initial payment. A refund of your purchase price will be made, less shipping & handling (both ways). Shipping Charges are not refundable. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. (This fee covers credit card processing charge, packing labor and administration fees).
Digital order processing times are nearly instantaneous for cryptocurrency related transactions. Order processing times for funds clearance vary according to payment method.
Physical artwork shipping costs are not included. Shipping costs for physical artwork vary according to the packaging required and shipping method chosen. Options are site pickup, or FOB using one of several local pack and ship centers.
For physical artwork purchased aboard the yacht, delivery time will be calculated from the next scheduled port of call, service interruptions due to weather are possible.
